Beautifully designed, Cherry Bombe appears twice a year to celebrate women and food. It’s a trend spotter, a nostalgia trip, an occasional provocateur, and a bit of frivolity, all bound together with strong writing. Each issue has a theme that contributors address from a range of viewpoints.

This issue's theme is beautiful baked goods and there are covers featuring five different, amazing bakers (the content inside is the same; only the covers differ). This cover features cake artist Zoe Francois, who is profiled inside and shares some recipes.

In addition to profiles of , , and —all of whom have their own covers—this issue highlights creative bakers from all across the US, including Michelle Hernandez of Le Dix-Sept in San Francisco, and Heather Hodge and Emily Kim of The Pastry Project in Seattle.
